‘SIGN ACTION SPACE’, an experimental short film based on music by the VIENNA IMPROVISERS ORCHESTRA and the musicians’ hand movements, produced by MovingThought – Film + Philosophy, is officially selected by the Festival de Diseño Audiovisual Experimental Valdivia. “For a decade, the Valdivia Experimental Audiovisual Design Festival (FEDAXV), organized by the Design Area of the Santo Tomás Professional Institute in Valdivia, has traced a path marked by highlighting the theme of Experimental Audiovisual Design, inviting leading experts and creators of the sector, and the introduction of new techniques in the interdisciplinary artistic/experimental field. Fusing film, design and new media, this event has left its own mark on the world of the arts, presenting an emerging generation of experimental creators who have extraordinarily expanded the horizons of mainstream cinema.”
